Game News: Gamer Selling Entire Life On Ebay For $3.5 Million

Florida gaming enthusiast and businessman Shane Butcher is selling his entire life on Ebay – including his three video game stores and collection of rare and imported games.

Also included as part of the whopping $3.5m asking price are Butcher’s two Florida properties – a waterside home/office and a condo – as well as three cars.

According to the Baltimore Sun the 29-year-old, who owns small gaming retail chain R.U.Game?, said: “The stores are very profitable. The hard work is getting the business off the ground, that part is already done.

“I’ve listed my life as ‘the American Dream,’ which simply means being successful in whatever you want to do. There are tons of ways to be successful.”

His extensive gaming collection includes 2 Halo Reach 360 systems, a PlayStation 3 slim, a Red Wii system, various retro consoles including boxed Famicom and Neo Geo systems, and 100s of obscure games and collectibles – including a Starfox Super Weekend cartridge.
