Gaming News: Kirby Returns To Dreamland This October

A year ago Wii owners were given a unique adventure, where everything in Kirby’s world was made from yarn and the little puffball of the title didn’t inhale his enemies, but instead turned into different types of weapons and vehicles to rid the world of evil. This October, Kirby’s Return to Dreamland is set to arrive on the Nintendo Wii and looks to be just as unique as Epic Yarn was.

This time Kirby is on a journey to find the scattered wreckage of spaceship that mysteriously appears in the skies above Dreamland and crashes near to where Kirby and his friends are watching. Yes, Kirby is not alone in his adventures anymore: besides single-player Return to Dreamland will include four player co-op featuring characters seen in previous Kirby games. Meanwhile, the main man has his old powers back and will be sucking up foes and developing new powers as well as wielding a screen-clearing attack with a giant sword.

Kirby’s Return to Dreamland will be the second Kirby game to retail this year, as Kirby: Mass Attack will be released for the Nintendo DS in September.
